The Near-Miss Box allows employees to safely report potential hazards identified before they result in workplace accidents. This product is widely used as part of occupational health and safety (OHS) practices, particularly in production facilities, factories, warehouses, offices, and public institutions. Manufactured from transparent plexiglass (acrylic), these boxes combine durability with an aesthetic appearance that fits easily into professional environments.

It is designed to collect near-miss reports securely at an easily accessible location for employees. It can be produced in standard sizes such as A4 and A5 or in custom dimensions upon request. It is suitable for both countertop and wall-mounted use. The form slot located at the top of the box allows employees to submit reports quickly and conveniently.

Thanks to its lockable structure, the contents of the box can only be accessed by authorized personnel, helping protect the confidentiality and security of submitted information. The plexiglass surface is easy to clean, which provides an important advantage in production and healthcare environments where hygiene standards are essential. Its transparent structure also attracts attention and encourages use.

For companies aiming to strengthen their OHS practices, these boxes are not only a feedback tool but also a symbol of workplace safety culture. By encouraging active employee participation, Near-Miss Boxes contribute directly to the prevention of workplace accidents. The first step toward building an effective safety culture is identifying potential hazards at an early stage, and this box is designed precisely for that purpose.
