Konya Mika is one of Türkiye's leading manufacturers of plexiglass solutions, combining quality and efficiency through its modern production line. At our 1,500 m² facility located in the Konya Büsan Organized Industrial Zone, thousands of products for industrial and decorative applications are manufactured with high precision and advanced technological infrastructure.

Our production line has an integrated structure covering every stage from design and sampling to cutting and assembly. This enables us to provide fast, flexible, and high-quality solutions for both standard and custom requirements.

Our Production Stages

1. Design and Project Planning
2D and 3D drawings tailored to customer requirements are prepared using professional software.

2. CNC Laser Cutting
Plexiglass sheets are cut into the desired shapes and dimensions using high-precision laser cutting machines.

3. Bending and Forming
Plexiglass products are shaped into the desired form using heat-processing technology. Manual or automatic bending is applied for custom projects.

4. Milling & Turning Operations
Parts with complex geometries are processed using milling and turning machines. Products suitable for industrial applications are shaped at this stage.

5. Drilling, Fastening and Assembly
Drilling, joining, and surface processing operations are carried out to give the products their final form.

6. Quality Control & Packaging
Every manufactured product undergoes a quality control process and is packaged appropriately for shipment.
